Overview The Director of Implementation owns the end-to-end client implementation experience-from contract handoff to go-live and early success. Duties and Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building trusted partnerships and ensuring clear communication of goals and results Lead the development and presentation of media plans and performance reviews, using AI tools to accelerate reporting and identify key trends Translate client objectives into marketing strategy, campaign execution, and measurement plans in collaboration with internal teams Use AI-enabled platforms and workflows to extract performance data, generate recommendations, and streamline campaign management Evaluate and optimize advertising campaigns using both manual analysis and AI-assisted insights to improve ROI Deliver compelling reports and presentations that simplify complex data, highlighting campaign impact and forward-looking recommendations Maintain accuracy and integrity of tracking infrastructure across all channels, leveraging automation and machine learning where applicable Guide Account Coordinators and collaborate with internal teams in media, finance, and analytics to deliver against client goals Support cross-sell and upsell opportunities by understanding the full suite of Recruitics solutions and client needs Design and evaluate A/B tests and experiment with new strategies and tools, including generative AI, predictive analytics, and automation Stay informed of the latest trends in digital marketing and AI, bringing forward new ideas and applications to benefit clients Flexibility to support additional projects and responsibilities as needed in a fast-paced, evolving environment Required Skills and Abilities: Demonstrated success in client relationship management and digital performance marketing Strong analytical mindset with experience evaluating marketing data to drive insights and strategy Comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT, or ad platform automation features to optimize tasks and uncover insights Proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace; familiarity with Google Analytics and digital ad platforms (e.g., Indeed, programmatic sources) Excellent verbal and written communication; able to simplify complex data and ideas for client audiences Strong organizational and time management skills; able to prioritize across accounts and competing needs Collaborative approach with a proactive attitude and willingness to explore new tools and technologies Familiarity with recruitment marketing and employer branding is a plus Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field required 3+ years of experience in account management, digital advertising, or performance marketing Prior experience using AI-powered analytics or marketing tools preferred Agency experience is a plus The salary range, commensurate on experience is: $62K - $88K.
