Contract Administration and Procurement Manager

The Contract Administration & Procurement Manager leads all strategic sourcing, vendor management, and contract administration activities across the corporate office and its subsidiaries. This role oversees end-to-end contracting processes to ensure alignment with legal, financial, and SOC 2 Type II compliance requirements. In addition, the role develops and implements enterprise-wide procurement policies, negotiates vendor agreements, and ensures all purchasing decisions align with approved budgets and organizational priorities. The ideal candidate combines negotiation expertise, financial acumen, and risk management skills with a collaborative, cross-functional mindset to ensure cost efficiency, service quality, and data integrity throughout the client and vendor lifecycle.Key Responsibilities Contract Administration & Risk Management This function serves as 75% of the work that needs to get done within our business currently. Draft, review, and manage all client, vendor, and service contracts across the enterprise. Work with Sales team and Sales leaders to process and streamline client contracting workflows for speed and efficiency. Ensure contracts are compliant with legal, regulatory, and SOC 2 Type II control requirements regarding confidentiality, data access, and incident response. Review key clauses, like indemnification, termination, and intellectual property, to mitigate risk exposure. Maintain a centralized contract repository with version control, key dates, renewal alerts, and audit documentation. Procurement Strategy & Governance This function currently serves as 25% of the work that is needed, however, our goal is to build out this function in the next 12 months. Evaluate current contracts and procurement processes, and develop continued process improvements to streamline workflows. Manage procurement policies, approval hierarchies, and spend controls in alignment with financial, legal, and SOC 2 standards. Establish and monitor KPIs (e.g., cost savings, contract utilization, supplier performance) and report regularly to executive leadership. Partner with IT, Legal, and Finance to ensure vendors meet data security, insurance, and compliance requirements. Support divisional leaders in evaluating existing and new vendors, as well as RFP / RFQ support and oversight. SOC 2 Compliance & Data Integrity: Coordinate IT, Legal, and HR teams to align procurement and contract management practices with SOC 2 Type II security and confidentiality criteria. Oversee contracts due-diligence processes, including SOC 2 reports, cybersecurity questionnaires, and ongoing monitoring of control adherence. Ensure secure data exchange and record retention protocols between vendors and internal teams. Support annual SOC 2 audits by providing documentation and evidence related to procurement and third-party vendor controls. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field required. 5-7 years of overall experience in contracts and procurement. 2-5 years of progressive experience in contract administration and management, supporting the business in delivering products to clients. 2-5 years of experience in procurement and strategic sourcing, ideally within a multi-entity and compliance-driven environment. Strong negotiation, analytical, and contract management skills. Demonstrated experience developing procurement policies and managing enterprise contracts. Familiarity with SOC 2 Type II controls and third-party risk management frameworks. Experience in procurement software (e.g., Coupa, Ariba, SAP, or NetSuite). Exceptional attention to detail, stakeholder communication, and organizational skills. Why Join Us?
