Director of Implementation

Overview The Director of Implementation owns the end-to-end client implementation experience-from contract handoff to go-live and early success. This role leads and develops a team of Implementation Managers while also rolling up sleeves on complex, high-value, or high-risk implementations. This is not a "sit in meetings and review decks" job. You will actively manage implementations, troubleshoot ATS and career site integrations, and raise the bar on how implementation is delivered across the business.
