Founding Product Marketing Lead

ABOUT US Recruitics Talent Intelligence and Acquisition Platform unites data, AI, and automation that make modern hiring possible - helping Enterprise organizations predict what's coming next, attract the right talent, and convert talent anywhere. We're big believers in teamwork, curiosity, and doing work that actually makes an impact. If you love solving problems, thinking creatively, and helping companies build amazing teams, you're going to love it here. OVERVIEW We are looking for a Founding Product Marketing leader to help define how the market understands who we are - and where we're going. As our first dedicated Product Marketing hire, you will define the foundation for how Recruitics communicates its platform vision, competes in the market, and scales its go-to-market strategy. This is not a traditional PMM role focused on launch calendars and collateral production. This is a foundational strategic role responsible for shaping our market narrative, category positioning, competitive differentiation, and AI-native go-to-market operating model from the ground up. Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, you will work directly with executive leadership and help build the product marketing function alongside the next phase of the company's evolution. This role is ideal for someone who operates like a builder, not a coordinator. You should understand how to: Shift market perception and measure its impact Build differentiated category narratives Create strategic alignment across Product, Revenue, Marketing, and Customer Success Use AI to continuously evolve messaging, competitive intelligence, and market insight RESPONSIBILITIES Define and lead Recruitics' market positioning as an AI-native recruitment infrastructure and platform technology Build and manage the foundational messaging, narrative architecture, and competitive positioning for the company and product portfolio Lead go-to-market initiatives bringing together cross-functional teams and delivering collateral creation, sales enablement, and overall project management for launches Establish scalable AI-powered workflows for competitive intelligence, market monitoring, messaging iteration, win/loss analysis, and customer insight Help build the product marketing function, operating model, and cross-functional processes from the ground up REQUIREMENTS 5+ years in Product Marketing, GTM Strategy, or Strategic Marketing within B2B SaaS, HR tech, martech, or related enterprise technology sectors Experience leading or supporting a meaningful company or category repositioning effort Strong executive communication, storytelling, and competitive positioning skills Comfort operating in ambiguity and building structure where it does not yet exist We are specifically looking for someone who already operates in an AI-native way - not someone who is simply "AI curious." You should be able to clearly explain your AI stack, workflows, and how AI changes the way you operate as a marketer. WHY JOIN US? At Recruitics, you'll have the opportunity to take full ownership of design within a cutting-edge team focused on leveraging AI and data to transform the recruitment marketing landscape.
