Client Manager

Reports to: Director, Client Management Job : As a Client Manager, you will own the client relationship while driving the execution, optimization, and strategic development of recruitment marketing campaigns. This role combines account leadership with performance marketing and places a strong emphasis on the use of AI tools and data intelligence to improve outcomes. You’ll collaborate across internal teams and external partners to develop media strategies, monitor results, and make continuous improvements through human insight and AI-supported decision-making. Ideal candidates have strong relationship management skills, are comfortable working with performance data, and are enthusiastic about using emerging technologies—especially AI—to automate tasks, surface insights, and innovate the client experience. Duties and Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building trusted partnerships and ensuring clear communication of goals and results Lead the development and presentation of media plans and performance reviews, using AI tools to accelerate reporting and identify key trends Translate client objectives into marketing strategy, campaign execution, and measurement plans in collaboration with internal teams Use AI-enabled platforms and workflows to extract performance data, generate recommendations, and streamline campaign management Evaluate and optimize advertising campaigns using both manual analysis and AI-assisted insights to improve ROI Deliver compelling reports and presentations that simplify complex data, highlighting campaign impact and forward-looking recommendations Maintain accuracy and integrity of tracking infrastructure across all channels, leveraging automation and machine learning where applicable Guide Account Coordinators and collaborate with internal teams in media, finance, and analytics to deliver against client goals Support cross-sell and upsell opportunities by understanding the full suite of Recruitics solutions and client needs Design and evaluate A/B tests and experiment with new strategies and tools, including generative AI, predictive analytics, and automation Stay informed of the latest trends in digital marketing and AI, bringing forward new ideas and applications to benefit clients Flexibility to support additional projects and responsibilities as needed in a fast-paced, evolving environment Required Skills and Abilities: Demonstrated success in client relationship management and digital performance marketing Strong analytical mindset with experience evaluating marketing data to drive insights and strategy Comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT, or ad platform automation features to optimize tasks and uncover insights Proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace; familiarity with Google Analytics and digital ad platforms (e.g., Indeed, programmatic sources) Excellent verbal and written communication; able to simplify complex data and ideas for client audiences Strong organizational and time management skills; able to prioritize across accounts and competing needs Collaborative approach with a proactive attitude and willingness to explore new tools and technologies Familiarity with recruitment marketing and employer branding is a plus Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field required 3+ years of experience in account management, digital advertising, or performance marketing Prior experience using AI-powered analytics or marketing tools preferred Agency experience is a plus The salary range, commensurate on experience is: $62K - $88K.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Security Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between development, security, and operations to ensure the security of our software through the secure development lifecycle. You will be responsible for integrating security practices throughout the DevOps lifecycle, building and maintaining secure systems, and automating security processes to enhance our cloud infrastructure and applications. Key Responsibilities Secure Architecture:  Under the guidance of the VP of Information Security, maintain a secure cloud architecture and evangelize security best practices within the enterprise that comply with our SOC II policies and procedures. DevSecOps Integration: Collaborate closely with Development, Operations, and Security teams to integrate security practices into the development lifecycle and DevOps processes. Vulnerability Management: Conduct vulnerability assessments, security testing, and advise teams on remediation. Cloud Security: Oversee and enhance the security posture of cloud-based infrastructure (AWS), ensuring secure deployments and configurations. Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure that security controls are aligned with industry standards and best practices (e.g., OWASP, NIST, GDPR) and work toward achieving and maintaining compliance. Incident Response: Be the technical point of contact on security incidents, providing expertise in root cause analysis and remediation. Monitoring & Auditing: Implement monitoring tools to detect and respond to security incidents and audit the security of systems and applications. Security Training & Awareness: Provide guidance and training to other teams on security best practices, secure coding techniques, and threat mitigation strategies. Tooling & Infrastructure: Select, deploy, and manage security tools and frameworks for automated security testing, vulnerability scanning, and threat detection. About You Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Security, or related roles, with at least 2-3 years working within a DevOps ecosystem. Hands-on experience with security tools such as SonarQube, Crowdstrike, mimecast, and tenable.   Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible. Expertise in automation scripting (Python, Bash, or similar languages). Experience with version control systems (Git, GitLab, Bitbucket). Familiarity with security protocols and standards (OAuth, SSL/TLS, PKI). Strong knowledge of network security, firewalls, identity and access management (IAM), and encryption technologies. Experience with vulnerability scanning tools and static/dynamic analysis. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams. A proactive and continuous improvement mindset. Preferred Qualifications: Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or other relevant certifications. Experience with threat modeling and risk assessments. Familiarity with security frameworks and methodologies (e.g., NIST, OWASP Top 10, SOC 2). Knowledge of security in microservices architecture. THE FINE PRINT  Must be at least 18 years old.
