Enterprise Account Executive, HR Technology

OVERVIEW This is a senior individual-contributor role for an experienced, quota-carrying seller. You will use a consultative, multi-threaded approach to establish long-term, profitable relationships with HR, Talent Acquisition, and executive buyers. You bring a working understanding of recruitment media management, but your core strength is selling software - ideally SaaS into the HR and talent acquisition ecosystem - and translating a platform's capabilities into measurable business outcomes. RESPONSIBILITIES Full-cycle platform sales. Manage the entire cycle - from prospecting and first call through discovery, solutioning, proposal, negotiation, and close - operating independently for a defined vertical or territory. Solution selling, not point selling. Position the integrated Recruitics platform - software, managed media, and analytics - as a unified solution rather than a collection of services, mapping capabilities to each client's talent acquisition strategy. Consultative discovery. Investigate each client's recruitment marketing objectives, hiring challenges, and tech stack; quantify revenue potential and fit; and align our platform to their goals as a trusted advisor. Executive engagement. Build and manage relationships across HR, Talent Acquisition, Procurement, RevOps, and C-level stakeholders, multi-threading complex deals through every buying influence. Proposals and negotiation. Customize proposals and presentations, lead RFP responses, and negotiate contracts to close - protecting margin while solving the client's problem. Pipeline and forecasting. Build and manage a diversified pipeline in the CRM, maintain accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts, and deliver consistent achievement against revenue targets. Cross-functional partnership. Partner with SDRs on an ICP-aligned outbound strategy, with Marketing on vertical-specific collateral, and with Client Strategy on case studies and smooth onboarding handoffs. Market expertise. Continually deepen your knowledge of the recruitment marketing and HR technology landscape and the competitive field, and represent Recruitics as a credible voice at industry events. REQUIREMENTS 5+ years of quota-carrying technology or SaaS sales experience, with a portion selling into HR, recruiting, or talent acquisition. Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent practical experience Sound understanding of the recruitment marketing landscape; experience in Healthcare, Retail, Hospitality, or Manufacturing verticals is a plus. A demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of the company). Quota-carrying experience selling software, SaaS, or technology solutions - ideally into HR, Talent Acquisition, or recruiting buyers. Strong command of a consultative, solution-selling motion across complex, multi-stakeholder deals including C-level executives. Excellent written and verbal communication, with polished presentation and organizational skills. Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office, and a proven ability to leverage technology and web platforms for research and due diligence. A team-player mentality with the ability to partner across internal and external stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Experience selling or managing recruitment media (programmatic job advertising, search, social, or sponsored job campaigns). Specialized experience in Recruitment Marketing or Talent Acquisition strategy. Familiarity selling into Direct Employers, Staffing firms, and/or Job Boards, and an understanding of the HR tech stack (ATS, CRM, programmatic platforms). WHY JOIN US? Founding Product Marketing Lead

OVERVIEW We are looking for a Founding Product Marketing leader to help define how the market understands who we are - and where we're going. As our first dedicated Product Marketing hire, you will define the foundation for how Recruitics communicates its platform vision, competes in the market, and scales its go-to-market strategy. This is not a traditional PMM role focused on launch calendars and collateral production. This is a foundational strategic role responsible for shaping our market narrative, category positioning, competitive differentiation, and AI-native go-to-market operating model from the ground up. Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, you will work directly with executive leadership and help build the product marketing function alongside the next phase of the company's evolution. Paid Social Media Manager

OVERVIEW The Paid Social Media Manager role is a key function responsible for the oversight, growth, and delivery of digital media buys. These media platforms include Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, TikTok & more) and other digital marketing channels, including but not limited to programmatic media buys (programmatic display, digital-out-of-home (DOOH), digital audio or connected TV) and Paid Search. This individual must be fluent in campaign management and should have an understanding of the full marketing funnel. S/he will be deployed on specific strategic accounts to deliver outstanding results for our clients and will also be responsible for communicating these results to our internal partners and clients. RESPONSIBILITIES Campaign Setup Work in platform to configure campaigns - set up budgets, targeting, creative, and run dates Validate budgets against allocated POs Partner with ad ops to install and configure pixels to track events and create remarketing audiences. Use platform expertise to ensure campaigns are properly configured to deliver against the campaign goals Deliver a seamless client onboarding experience for new accounts Write ad copy as needed to align with platform specifications and best practices Campaign Optimization Monitor ongoing performance to identify areas of opportunity Adjust campaigns based on learnings to elevate performance: identify new audiences, refine objective-based strategies, adjust ad formats, etc. Track spend to ensure pace aligns with campaign goals. Adjust as needed to ensure the media paces appropriately. Communicate with internal teammates to ensure ongoing campaign performance and updates are understood. Campaign Reporting Empower the Client Management Teams with updates and performance details Deliver reporting at agreed-upon intervals to demonstrate the outcomes of this media Demonstrate media expertise in how data is understood and information synthesized to articulate a data story Communicate campaign insights and recommendations - these will help elevate the discussion around this media in the conversation with clients. Drive standards into delivery and the team Establish and document key information about accounts and setups and ensure information is accurate and updated as needed. Establish and deliver against agreed-upon procedures to enable scale Monitor queue of work to ensure SLAs are met on assigned accounts. REQUIREMENTS Key Skills: Ability to leverage AI for efficiency improvements or client experience enhancements.
