About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented, data-driven Client Manager to own the data strategy, reporting, and growth for a portfolio of clients. This role blends analytical expertise with client relationship management. You'll be responsible for ensuring accurate performance insights, configuring programmatic campaigns, assisting with Google/Meta implementation, and proactively identifying opportunities to grow your clients' accounts. The ideal candidate is equal parts analyst, consultant, and problem solver, comfortable interpreting data, translating insights into action, and building strong client partnerships. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary analytics point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery of insights Partner with Clients to understand goals, challenges, and opportunities, providing strategic recommendations based on data Present performance reports, insights, testing results, and optimization plans in a client-friendly, compelling way Data Analysis & Reporting Collect, clean, and interpret performance data across multiple digital channels (programmatic, Google, Meta, etc.) Develop and maintain dashboards, recurring reports, and ad-hoc analyses to support client objectives Identify trends, diagnose performance shifts, and provide data-backed optimization strategies Conduct forecasting, pacing reviews, and budget analyses Programmatic Campaign Setup & Management Collaborate with internal teams to launch, monitor, and optimize programmatic campaigns Evaluate campaign performance and make recommendations to improve efficiency, scale, and ROI Account Growth & Strategy Proactively identify new opportunities to expand the client's relationship (new channels, optimizations, campaign optimizations, placements, etc.) Contribute to annual planning and strategic recommendations Act as an internal advocate for clients by ensuring strategic alignment across teams Required Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of experience in data analytics, digital marketing, programmatic advertising, or related fields Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Experience in client-facing roles Hands-on experience with programmatic platforms or Recruitment Marketing Proficiency in Excel/Sheets; familiarity with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.) is a plus Knowledge of tracking concepts (pixels, UTM parameters, API integrations) and basic troubleshooting Excellent communication skills - able to simplify complex analytics for non-technical audiences Highly organized, detail-driven, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to build trusted client relationships Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities High emotional intelligence and customer-centric approach Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to collaborate cross-functionally Adaptable, proactive, and solution-oriented Preferred Qualifications Experience with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads Manager Understanding of attribution methods, media mix modeling, or advanced analytics Experience in performance marketing, or related industries Agency experience is a plus Prior experience using AI-powered analytics or marketing tools preferred What We Offer Opportunities to work directly with clients and shape their digital strategy A collaborative environment that values innovation, curiosity, and continuous growth Career development paths across analytics, client services, and media strategy Competitive salary, benefits, and flexible working options
Reports to: Director, Client Management Job : As a Client Manager, you will own the client relationship while driving the execution, optimization, and strategic development of recruitment marketing campaigns. This role combines account leadership with performance marketing and places a strong emphasis on the use of AI tools and data intelligence to improve outcomes. You'll collaborate across internal teams and external partners to develop media strategies, monitor results, and make continuous improvements through human insight and AI-supported decision-making. Ideal candidates have strong relationship management skills, are comfortable working with performance data, and are enthusiastic about using emerging technologies-especially AI-to automate tasks, surface insights, and innovate the client experience. Duties and Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building trusted partnerships and ensuring clear communication of goals and results Lead the development and presentation of media plans and performance reviews, using AI tools to accelerate reporting and identify key trends Translate client objectives into marketing strategy, campaign execution, and measurement plans in collaboration with internal teams Use AI-enabled platforms and workflows to extract performance data, generate recommendations, and streamline campaign management Evaluate and optimize advertising campaigns using both manual analysis and AI-assisted insights to improve ROI Deliver compelling reports and presentations that simplify complex data, highlighting campaign impact and forward-looking recommendations Maintain accuracy and integrity of tracking infrastructure across all channels, leveraging automation and machine learning where applicable Guide Account Coordinators and collaborate with internal teams in media, finance, and analytics to deliver against client goals Support cross-sell and upsell opportunities by understanding the full suite of Recruitics solutions and client needs Design and evaluate A/B tests and experiment with new strategies and tools, including generative AI, predictive analytics, and automation Stay informed of the latest trends in digital marketing and AI, bringing forward new ideas and applications to benefit clients Flexibility to support additional projects and responsibilities as needed in a fast-paced, evolving environment Required Skills and Abilities: Demonstrated success in client relationship management and digital performance marketing Strong analytical mindset with experience evaluating marketing data to drive insights and strategy Comfort using AI tools such as ChatGPT, or ad platform automation features to optimize tasks and uncover insights Proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace; familiarity with Google Analytics and digital ad platforms (e.g., Indeed, programmatic sources) Excellent verbal and written communication; able to simplify complex data and ideas for client audiences Strong organizational and time management skills; able to prioritize across accounts and competing needs Collaborative approach with a proactive attitude and willingness to explore new tools and technologies Familiarity with recruitment marketing and employer branding is a plus Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field required 3+ years of experience in account management, digital advertising, or performance marketing Prior experience using AI-powered analytics or marketing tools preferred Agency experience is a plus The salary range, commensurate on experience is: $62K - $88K.
