Project Planning: Develop tailored implementation plans based on client goals and timelines. Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to align resources. Training & Education: Conduct client training sessions to drive product adoption and self-sufficiency. Technical Setup & Integration: Assist with software configuration and data integration with existing systems. Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve technical or process-related issues during implementation. Expectation Management: Set clear timelines, deliverables, and potential challenges for clients. Continuous Improvement: Optimize implementation processes and contribute customer insights to product development. Metrics & Reporting: Track KPIs to measure implementation success and report progress to stakeholders.   Qualifications: Experience: 3–5 years in a product implementation or similar role, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment. Skills: Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Attention to Detail: Ensure thorough planning and execution of all implementation aspects. Resource Management: Efficiently allocate internal and client resources to support smooth implementations. Client Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts. Interpersonal & Conflict Resolution: Ability to build strong relationships and navigate challenges effectively. Data Analysis: Analyze implementation data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Problem Solving: Apply innovative thinking to overcome challenges and optimize processes. These media platforms include Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, TikTok & more) and other digital marketing channels including but not limited to programmatic media buys (programmatic display, digital-out-of-home (DOOH), digital audio or connected TV) and Paid Search. This individual must be fluent in campaign management and should have an understanding of the full marketing funnel. S/he will be deployed on specific strategic accounts to deliver outstanding results for our clients and will also be responsible for communicating these results to our internal partners and clients.   Key Responsibilities Campaign Setup Independently work in platform to configure campaigns - setup budgets, targeting, creative and run dates Validate budgets against allocated POs Ensure campaigns are properly configured to deliver against the campaign goals Write ad copy with support to align with platform specifications and best practices Campaign Optimization Monitor ongoing performance to identify areas of opportunity With support, adjust campaigns based on learnings to elevate performance: identify new audiences, refine objective-based strategies, adjust ad formats, etc. Track spend to ensure pace aligns with campaign goals. Adjust as needed to ensure the media paces appropriately. Communicate with internal teammates to ensure ongoing campaign performance and updates are understood. Campaign Reporting With little support, empower the Marketing and Client Strategy Teams with updates and performance results in the form of reporting Make strategic recommendations, highlight campaign trends, and create meaningful insights based on campaign data Deliver reporting at agreed-upon intervals to demonstrate the outcomes of this media Demonstrate depth of knowledge in how media metrics support a client’s stated goals and objectives Help elevate the discussions around these media vendors in the conversation with internal teams and clients. Drive standards into delivery and the team Document key information about accounts and setups and ensure information is accurate and updated as needed. Adhere to agreed-upon procedures to enable scale Ensure SLAs are met on assigned accounts   Key skills Extremely detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects concurrently. Values building and growing relationships. Intermediate level of knowledge of digital advertising platforms and technology (DSPs, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) Process-driven Skilled oral and written communicator with the ability to work with distributed teams to drive results. Knowledge and use of collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence, Slack, etc. Thirst for knowledge and openness to learn. Familiarity with recruitment marketing and/or talent attraction a huge plus.   Education and Experience 3-5 years of experience in Marketing roles 2 or more years of experience with hands-on campaign management in Google, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or commensurate experience   Target Range Based on Experience  $68,000 - $95,000   THE FINE PRINT Must be at least 18 years old. You will work closely with other team members to develop scalable, data-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities  Support the Head of Client Solutions in refining scalable client processes. Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues reported by clients and internal teams. Collaborate with the ELT Engineer to ensure data accuracy and seamless integration across systems. Create and maintain dashboards to monitor system performance and identify trends. Provide recommendations to optimize the performance of our internal first-party intelligent automation tools, like Predict, Attract, and Convert. Minimum Qualifications 3 to 5 years in a Technical or Data analyst role, preferably in a SaaS, B2B environment. Strong SQL skills for querying and data analysis. Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI). Strong Javascript skills Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, R) for data manipulation. Proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and pivot tables. Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations. Using consultative selling strategies to establish and leverage new, long-term, profitable client relationships, this sales executive will be highly visible in our company and our industry.  Duties/Responsibilities: Achieve annual and quarterly achievement of revenue targets through accurate monthly and quarterly forecasting. Responsible for growing market share within specific vertical markets.  Qualify new sales opportunities through systematic investigation of client’s recruitment marketing objectives, evaluation of revenue potential, and alignment with our recruitment media service offerings. Discover and analyze client’s strategic objectives, specifications and challenges through trusted advisor and consultative relationship. Initiate and establish relationships with client contacts, through phone calls and in-person meetings, to present customized solutions which solve current talent acquisition challenges and align solutions with clients’ needs. Negotiate sales cycle with the client, interfacing with all key buying influencers. Develop and deliver presentations to communicate recruitment media solutions to client contacts and decision-makers to create new revenue streams and/or increase market share, often as part of the Request for Proposal (RFP) process. Customize client proposals and presentations based on client needs. Continually expand individual knowledge of the recruitment marketing industry, and competitive landscape and data. Participate in key industry events. Work with Enterprise Sales Managers to develop and manage a pipeline of diversified accounts by converting opportunities through the sales cycle. Communicate sales activities and opportunities with key stakeholders to keep them informed of upcoming opportunities.   Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as necessitated by business needs.   Required Skills/Abilities: Specialized experience in Recruitment Marketing or Talent Acquisition Strategy highly desirable Experience selling software or technology solutions, services, or applications. Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of the company) Experience with all MS Office applications, CRM software, and a proven ability to be resourceful leveraging technology and web platforms for enhanced due diligence. Team player mentality with the ability to partner with internal and external partners. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have proven leadership skills in both independent and team environments. Demonstrated strength in building and managing relationships along with presenting to a diverse audience including product management, business development, engineering, and C-level executives Quota carrying sales experience, ideally in online media, software, software-as-a-service (SaaS), or other subscription-based services to a variety of Direct Employers, Staffing firms, and/or Job Boards is desired.   Education and Experience: A Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline required. Ten or more years of experience in national/large account business development required.   Compensation: $101,000 - $150,000 based on experience This position is commission eligible.
