Account Coordinator

As pioneers in the recruitment technology space, we leverage modern technology to revolutionize job advertising, continually pushing the boundaries of design, data, and user experience to deliver exceptional value to our clients.Job : Reporting to the Director, Client Service, the Account Coordinator generally supports anywhere from one to three account teams in their effort to deliver an exceptional experience to our clients.  Account Coordinators serve as the initial point of contact for client communications, and are primarily responsible for; reporting, call tracking, note taking, and performing tasks related to client budgets (like creating and executing sales orders, purchase orders etc).   The Account Coordinator is also responsible for monitoring client communications via email, providing timely responses, escalating concerns or issues, and ensuring they’ve relayed any critical client communication up to the relevant account teams. Ultimately, Account Coordinators are responsible for day-to-day execution of client service plans, under the guidance, leadership and direction of the account team. Supervisory Responsibilities: None Duties/Responsibilities: Assist the client services team with daily communication to clients and vendors by checking emails, managing media plans and managing reporting. Take notes for each client or vendor call, adding notes into Gainsight and assigning/completing follow-up tasks as appropriate. Track all vendor allocations, reallocations, unallocated funds and other critical information as assigned by the Account Director or Director of Client Services. Create tickets for client issues, and project manage tickets to ensure that they are being addressed/resolved (i.e. in Jira) Support the Account Manager to review invoices before the invoices are sent to clients for billing. Partners with members of the Client Finance team to manage client budgets, including support of the Sales Order/SOWBA, and PO processes. Budget management, and end-of-month budget confirmation with clients. Required Skills/Abilities: Interest in media planning, media buying, digital marketing, and/or digital media.   Basic knowledge of Excel and GSuite tools Excellent written and verbal communication, grammar and proofreading skills, and acute attention to detail.  Ability to present data and develop compelling presentations.  Strong organizational skills and ability to effectively prioritize tasks independently. Strong interpersonal, customer service, organizational and problem-solving skills Mathematically and technically inclined. Education and Experience: No professional experience required. The Account Manager must clearly understand the clients’ recruitment objectives so they can employ the appropriate strategies to help customers achieve their goals.  This position plays a key role in developing positive, trusting, communicative relationships with our clients, and the overall success and long-term growth of the relationship.  Supervisory Responsibilities: None Duties/Responsibilities: Serve as primary client contact and relationship manager for assigned customers. Work closely with our clients on an ongoing basis to discuss goals, identify opportunities, manage budgets, and recommend recruitment marketing services.  Build and maintain long-term client relationships through superior customer service. Work with internal and external teams to plan, develop, and execute effective marketing plans designed to meet and exceed client objectives. Coordinate, prepare, and facilitate regular client meetings and performance reviews. Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as necessitated by business needs. Required Skills/Abilities: Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships through superior customer service. Display’s competencies to develop and communicate customized media plans and marketing strategies, based on customer goals. Ability to proactively identify new customer growth opportunities and recommendations based on supporting performance data. Ability to research new media sources and channels. Experience in handling budgets or buying ads. Understanding of analytics platforms and ability to create compelling deliverables of marketing performance using analytics. Demonstrates organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively and independently in a deadline-driven environment. Ability to successfully work in a collaborative environment and identify subject matter experts into any conversation to help solve complex customer challenges and objectives. Presents awareness of various industry technologies, marketing ecosystems, media performance dynamics, and cost models associated with marketing channels Eager to enhance negotiation and presentation skills while gaining experience on daily management of accounts Education and Experience: A Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is required. 1+ years of digital or online advertising industry experience  Previous Agency experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
