Job Summary: 

Reporting to the Director, Client Services, the Account Director is responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience.  Account Directors coordinate, prepare and facilitate regular client meetings and performance reviews for their assigned customers, with the goal of building and maintaining long term client relationships.  Account Directors have a deep understanding of the suite of products and processes offered by Recruitics, and they operate in a collaborative way with internal teams, and external partners to deliver those products and/or processes to their clients.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • None

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Functionally leads the Account Coordinator and Account Manager in the delivery of an exceptional client experience in keeping with the service strategy outlined by leadership.
  • May often serve as the primary point of contact for clients based on their experience building and maintaining those key relationships.
  • Leverages a deep knowledge of Recruitics’ suite of products and services to identify cross-sell opportunities and ensure the client receives excellent service.
  • Partners with internal teams and external partners to execute effective marketing plans designed to meet and exceed client objectives.  May make key decisions in this area with leadership approval. 
  • Work closely with our clients on an ongoing basis to discuss goals, identify opportunities, manage budgets, and recommend recruitment marketing services. 
  • Serve as a strategic resource during QBR creation and delivery, participating in strategic growth projects.
  • Provides strategic guidance and ensures client objectives/initiatives are met by the account team.
  • Provides strategy for the overall revenue growth of the assigned book of business.
  • May often partner with Account Managers to deliver against client needs.
  • Client services is a team sport, so Account Directors should be ready to support Account Coordinators, Account Managers and Directors of Client Services with critical action items in support of client needs, as business needs require.  Flexibility is critical.  Other duties will be assigned as needed.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships through superior customer service.
  • At least four years of hands-on experience developing and communicating customized media plans and marketing strategies, based on customer goals.
  • Ability to proactively identify new customer growth opportunities and recommendations based on supporting performance data.
  • Ability to research new media sources and channels.
  • Experience in handling budgets or buying ads.
  • Understanding of analytics platforms and ability to create compelling deliverables of marketing performance using analytics.
  • Demonstrates organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively and independently in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to successfully work in a collaborative environment and identify subject matter experts into any conversation to help solve complex customer challenges and objectives.

Education and Experience:

  • 4+ years of digital or online advertising industry experience 
  • Previous Agency experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

Target Salary Based on Experience

  • 78,000 - 110,000

    Minimum Qualifications

    Education

    Experience:

    • 8+ years of hands-on experience in AI and machine learning, with 2-4 years in a leadership or mentorship role.
    • Proven track record of developing and deploying AI solutions in production environments.

    Technical Skills: Proficient with:

    • Python and AI/ML frameworks (such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or TensorFlow).
    • Advanced machine learning and deep learning architectures, with strong skills in LLM development and fine-tuning.
    • Cloud platforms, specifically AWS, for AI model deployment and infrastructure.
    • Data engineering and integration, with an emphasis on high-volume data processing and performance optimization.

    Technical Skills: Some experience with:

    • SQL and data warehousing solutions, particularly Redshift.
    • Visualization and analytics tools like Looker.
    • Data orchestration tools (e.g., Apache Airflow) and other automation frameworks.

    People Skills:

    Job Summary: 

    Reporting to the Director, Client Services, the Account Manager works closely with the account team (Account Coordinator and Director) to oversee the day-to-day recruitment marketing operations for a book of exciting clients. The Account Manager must clearly understand the clients’ recruitment objectives so they can employ the appropriate strategies to help customers achieve their goals. 

    This position plays a key role in developing positive, trusting, communicative relationships with our clients, and the overall success and long-term growth of the relationship.

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Serve as primary client contact and relationship manager for assigned customers.
    • Work closely with our clients on an ongoing basis to discuss goals, identify opportunities, manage budgets, and recommend recruitment marketing services. 
    • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through superior customer service.
    • Work with internal and external teams to plan, develop, and execute effective marketing plans designed to meet and exceed client objectives.
    • Coordinate, prepare, and facilitate regular client meetings and performance reviews.
    • Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as necessitated by business needs.
