Job Description

We are seeking an innovative and strategic Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our AI Insights Platform. This platform will be a core element of our client experience, providing transparency into performance data, proactive strategic insights, and actionable recommendations powered by advanced AI and big data processing. You will drive the integration of LLM (Large Language Model) technologies and AI agents to transform raw data into meaningful insights, and you will lead the development of intuitive interfaces that help clients make data-driven decisions with ease.

In this role, you will own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for the Insights platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create a seamless experience that empowers enterprise clients to optimize their talent marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and evolution of the AI Insights Platform, acting as a key player in defining product vision, strategy, and the roadmap.
  • Leverage AI to deliver advanced insights and predictive analytics, transforming large data sets into actionable client recommendations.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of product management experience with expertise in AI-driven solutions, data analytics, or enterprise software.
  • Proven experience leading LLM integration and refinement, AI agent development, and chat interface design for client-facing products.
  • Strong understanding of big data processing, data science techniques, and machine learning models to drive business value.
  • Expertise in Looker or other business intelligence platforms, with a focus on creating client-facing dashboards and insights.
  • Exceptional communication skills with experience conducting user research and collaborating across teams to ensure alignment with client needs.
  • Agile methodology proficiency and a track record of launching successful, scalable enterprise products.

    Account Coordinator

    Job Summary: Reporting to the Director, Client Service, the Account Coordinator generally supports anywhere from one to three account teams in their effort to deliver an exceptional experience to our clients.  Account Coordinators serve as the initial point of contact for client communications, and are primarily responsible for; reporting, call tracking, note taking, and performing tasks related to client budgets (like creating and executing sales orders, purchase orders etc).   The Account Coordinator is also responsible for monitoring client communications via email, providing timely responses, escalating concerns or issues, and ensuring they’ve relayed any critical client communication up to the relevant account teams.

    Ultimately, Account Coordinators are responsible for day-to-day execution of client service plans, under the guidance, leadership and direction of the account team.

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Assist the client services team with daily communication to clients and vendors by checking emails, managing media plans and managing reporting.
    • Take notes for each client or vendor call, adding notes into Gainsight and assigning/completing follow-up tasks as appropriate.
    • Track all vendor allocations, reallocations, unallocated funds and other critical information as assigned by the Account Director or Director of Client Services.
    • Create tickets for client issues, and project manage tickets to ensure that they are being addressed/resolved (i.e. in Jira)
    • Support the Account Manager to review invoices before the invoices are sent to clients for billing.
    • Partners with members of the Client Finance team to manage client budgets, including support of the Sales Order/SOWBA, and PO processes.
    • Budget management, and end-of-month budget confirmation with clients.

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    • Interest in media planning, media buying, digital marketing, and/or digital media.  
    • Basic knowledge of Excel and GSuite tools
    • Excellent written and verbal communication, grammar and proofreading skills, and acute attention to detail. 
    • Ability to present data and develop compelling presentations. 
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to effectively prioritize tasks independently.
    • Strong interpersonal, customer service, organizational and problem-solving skills
    • Mathematically and technically inclined.

    Education and Experience:

    • Up to two years of academic experience using data, analytics, and/or research to solve problems.

    Key Responsibilities 

    • Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable ad technology platforms for recruitment marketing.
    • Architect and implement complex systems using Java, Spring, and cloud-native technologies, ensuring robust, scalable, and high-performance solutions.
    • Optimize bidding algorithms and ad delivery systems to improve the performance and ROI of job ads.
    • Build, scale, and maintain high-throughput data pipelines with technologies like Kafka and Redshift.
    • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform to automate cloud infrastructure (primarily AWS).
    • Design and manage data warehousing solutions, utilizing Redshift, Postgres, and Looker for analytics and reporting.
    • Develop and manage internal tools and platforms that enhance team productivity and system efficiency.
    • Drive continuous improvement in system design, making sure it supports high availability, scalability, and performance across the platform.
    • Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and other engineers to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
    • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative engineering culture

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
    • 7+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering.
    • 2+ years of experience  leading and mentoring engineering teams.
    • Passionate about building next-generation advertising technology, with a deep understanding of ad platforms and algorithms.
    • Proficiency in Java and Spring Framework, with solid experience in object-oriented programming (OOP) and system design.
    • Strong experience in building and managing data warehousing solutions, preferably with Redshift and Postgres.
    • Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
    • Skilled in Python for scripting and automation tasks, with a good understanding of integrating it into larger systems.
    • Experience building and scaling distributed systems using Kafka, Kubernetes (K8s), and other cloud-native tools.
    • Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, specifically in AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda, and Redshift).
    • Proven ability to lead system architecture and design efforts, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey technical ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a passion for optimizing complex systems.

    Nice to Have  

    • Airflow experience.
    • Experience with data visualization tools like Looker.
    • Experience with bidding algorithms, ads platforms, and optimization techniques.
    • GitHub or other code examples are welcomed.

    Account Coordinator

    Job Summary: Reporting to the Director, Client Service, the Account Coordinator generally supports anywhere from one to three account teams in their effort to deliver an exceptional experience to our clients.  Account Coordinators serve as the initial point of contact for client communications, and are primarily responsible for; reporting, call tracking, note taking, and performing tasks related to client budgets (like creating and executing sales orders, purchase orders etc).   The Account Coordinator is also responsible for monitoring client communications via email, providing timely responses, escalating concerns or issues, and ensuring they’ve relayed any critical client communication up to the relevant account teams.

    Ultimately, Account Coordinators are responsible for day-to-day execution of client service plans, under the guidance, leadership and direction of the account team.

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Assist the client services team with daily communication to clients and vendors by checking emails, managing media plans and managing reporting.
    • Take notes for each client or vendor call, adding notes into Gainsight and assigning/completing follow-up tasks as appropriate.
    • Track all vendor allocations, reallocations, unallocated funds and other critical information as assigned by the Account Director or Director of Client Services.
    • Create tickets for client issues, and project manage tickets to ensure that they are being addressed/resolved (i.e. in Jira)
    • Support the Account Manager to review invoices before the invoices are sent to clients for billing.
    • Partners with members of the Client Finance team to manage client budgets, including support of the Sales Order/SOWBA, and PO processes.
    • Budget management, and end-of-month budget confirmation with clients.

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    • Interest in media planning, media buying, digital marketing, and/or digital media.  
    • Basic knowledge of Excel and GSuite tools
    • Excellent written and verbal communication, grammar and proofreading skills, and acute attention to detail. 
    • Ability to present data and develop compelling presentations. 
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to effectively prioritize tasks independently.
    • Strong interpersonal, customer service, organizational and problem-solving skills
    • Mathematically and technically inclined.

    Education and Experience:

    • No professional experience required.
    • Up to two years of academic experience using data, analytics, and/or research to solve problems.
