Job Description:

Recruitics, a leader in recruitment marketing innovation, is on the hunt for an exceptional Lead AI Engineer to spearhead our AI initiatives and lead the creation of groundbreaking automation systems. This pivotal role is designed for a visionary with deep expertise in AI, machine learning, and deep learning, complemented by a solid command of Python and an affinity for the Langchain or LlamaIndex frameworks. Your mission will be to revolutionize our bidding algorithms and take the helm of Recruitics' AI strategy, propelling us to new heights.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Pioneer the development and deployment of sophisticated AI and machine learning models to supercharge our recruitment marketing platform.
  • Lead the creation of automation systems that streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Train, fine-tune, and evaluate LLMs and ML models. 
  • AI/ML Ops knowledge. 
  • Looker knowledge is a plus. 
  • Refine our bidding algorithms through predictive modeling and advanced deep learning techniques.
  • Collaborate with multifaceted teams to pinpoint and leverage AI-driven opportunities, transforming them into impactful solutions.
  • Stay at the forefront of AI and machine learning advancements, integrating cutting-edge innovations into our platform.
  • Mentor and inspire junior AI engineers, cultivating an environment of innovation and lifelong learning.
  • Articulate AI strategies and milestones to stakeholders and the leadership team, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Guarantee the scalability, reliability, and performance of our AI systems, setting new industry standards.

 

Who You Are:

  • You hold a Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a closely related field. We appreciate diverse educational backgrounds that fuel innovative thinking.
  • You bring 7+ years of hands-on experience in AI and machine learning, with a portfolio that showcases successful AI projects.
  • Proficiency with the latest LLM technologies, fine tuning, and understanding of how the transformer architecture works. 
  • You are proficient in Python and have practical experience with AI frameworks, including Langchain and/or LlamaIndex.
  • You possess a comprehensive understanding of machine learning, predictive modeling, and deep learning architectures.
  • You have experience with big data tools (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and are comfortable working with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
  • Your problem-solving skills are unmatched, and you have a knack for analytical thinking.
  • You’re an exceptional communicator and leader, capable of working collaboratively in a high-velocity environment.
