Summary

The Program Manager, Jamyr is responsible for the customer and business success of our Jamyr Video Solution Program. As a key member of our data-driven organization, you will be at the forefront of ensuring we effectively demonstrate value to our clients using Jamyr in ways that resonate with their objectives and enable them to demonstrate ROI to their internal stakeholders.

You’ll collaborate closely with customers, client service, engineering, product, marketing strategy, and sales to deploy Jamyr. You will be focused on increasing the value our customers get out of Jamyr and finding novel ways to deliver content, optimizations, and other strategies to deliver value in their video recruitment strategy.

You’ll bring your keen sense of empathy to each internal and external stakeholder engagement, digging deep to get to the heart of the problems our customers are trying to solve. The Program Manager is a roll-up-your sleeves position that will be very rewarding for an individual who has a passion for using video to make a meaningful difference in how companies attract and hire great talent.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Become an expert in each customer types and Jamyr use cases, and be their advocate within the company
  • Support new business efforts and existing client expansion by educating prospects and clients on Jamyr’s capabilities and benefits
  • Lead new client onboarding through first 90 days to ensure initial onboarding and video creation success
  • Iterate ideal customer profiles to ensure long term success and viability of the program
  • Clearly define and detail customer problems to be solved by Jamyr and liaise with product and engineering from conception to feature delivery
  • Install Program Adoption metrics to drive growth; ensuring resources and processes are optimized for more client volume, more client content creation, and revenue retention
  • Identify, distill, and document key messages and value propositions that resonate with ideal customer profiles, and disseminate these throughout the organization
  • Help train and educate internal marketing strategists, analytics, customer support teams, sales teams and other internal and external users on Jamyr features and the client scenarios we can address with the program
  • Ensure delivery quality and strong partnership with Client Services
  • Assist in defining Jamyr strategy over short, medium, and long-term horizons

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong communication skills across both written and verbal media with appropriate audience in mind (internal and external partners)
  • Strategic customer communication skills/experience
  • Demonstrated interest in technical underpinnings of programmatic marketing solutions
  • Fluency in video content creation and applied marketing analytics
  • Self-motivated, self-starter, able to independently execute with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
  • Critical thinker that likes to solve problems and create new solutions
  • Strong organizational/time management skills, attention to detail, ability to effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years of relevant experience required

Target Salary Based on Experience
$65,600 - $90,200
