As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer on our Integrations Team, you will architect and build the critical systems that connect Recruitics’ platform to client ATS systems and third-party APIs—ensuring seamless, intelligent data flow across our recruitment marketing ecosystem. This is a strategic engineering role at the intersection of backend scalability, system interoperability, and product evolution. You’ll play a key part in enabling our next-generation analytics and AI products (Vision and AI Analyst), driving engineering best practices, and mentoring teammates while remaining deeply hands-on in both backend and occasional frontend development. Key Responsibilities  Architect Integration Services: Lead the design and development of robust, fault-tolerant services to connect with external ATS platforms and APIs. Own API Development: Drive the creation of secure, scalable, and well-documented APIs using Java or Kotlin and Spring Boot. Backend Excellence: Champion code quality and performance across microservices that power core data synchronization and operational automation. Orchestration & Infrastructure: Deploy and manage services in containerized environments using Kubernetes, with CI/CD and observability baked in. Frontend Contributions: Collaborate on internal tooling and dashboards using React where integrations require user-facing components. Database Mastery: Design and manage data interactions with both NoSQL (MongoDB) and relational databases, ensuring accuracy and performance. Mentorship & Leadership: Guide junior engineers in technical execution, architectural decisions, and clean code practices. Cross-Team Collaboration: Act as a technical liaison with product, DevOps, and analytics teams to ensure integrations align with business and product objectives. Improve & Automate: Identify areas to optimize systems and automate manual processes that impact scale, speed, and quality of service delivery. Minimum Qualifications 6+ years of software engineering experience, with a strong focus on backend and integration development. Advanced proficiency in Java or Kotlin, with deep knowledge of the Spring Boot ecosystem. Proven experience designing and maintaining RESTful APIs in production environments. Solid frontend experience, ideally with React, even if not the primary focus. Strong experience working with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native deployment patterns. Deep understanding of MongoDB or other NoSQL systems, and relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL. Experience integrating with external SaaS or HR tech systems via APIs (e.g., ATS platforms). Ability to operate independently, own complex initiatives end-to-end, and influence architectural direction. Excellent communication skills—able to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience. Nice to Have   Experience with Apache Airflow or other workflow orchestration tools. Background in recruitment tech, HRIS, or Applicant Tracking Systems. Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.). Familiarity with GitOps practices or service mesh implementations. Why Join Us? Senior Accounts Payable Specialist

As pioneers in the recruitment technology space, we leverage modern technology to revolutionize job advertising, continually pushing the boundaries of design, data, and user experience to deliver exceptional value to our clients.Overview The Sr. Accounts Payable Specialist provides financial, administrative, and clerical support to the organization.  Key responsibilities include processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices and managing automated invoice payment cycle activities in a timely and efficient manner.  Duties/Responsibilities         Oversee Accounts Payable processes and reporting, including but not limited to: Reconcile & enter invoice information into the ERP system (NetSuite) Manage vendor files & records Research and resolve payment discrepancies Manage vendor communications and ensure vendor relationships are in a positive status Oversee expense processes in addition to Accounts Payable including: Processes & reconcile credit card payments Manage T&E process & employee reimbursement Evaluate the Accounts Payable and expense process, identifying key areas for automation or process improvement, driving team efficiency and scale. Perform accounting activities such as maintenance of the general ledger and preparation of various accounting statements and financial reports. Act as a liaison between the accounts payable and accounting team to ensure expenses are recognized in the proper period and recorded correctly. Willingly complete other duties as assigned to meet the strategic and financial objectives of the organization.  Additional responsibilities may be assigned as necessitated by business needs. Required Skills/Abilities   Expert use of Microsoft Excel required Knowledge of and demonstrated experience with ERP and AP specific software. As an AI Engineer, you will focus on developing and optimizing our AI Analyst GenAI product and Vision, our analytics platform. Your role will involve fine-tuning large language models (LLMs), building intelligent analytics pipelines, and leveraging AI to extract insights from recruitment data. This is an individual contributor role, where you’ll collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to push the boundaries of AI-driven insights and automation. Key Responsibilities  Develop and deploy AI/ML models that power AI Analyst (GenAI) and Vision (analytics dashboard). Fine-tune large language models (LLMs) for conversational analytics, automated insights, and data interpretation. Build AI-driven analytics tools that extract, process, and present actionable recruitment insights. Design and optimize NLP pipelines to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of our AI Analyst product. Enhance AI-powered dashboards and analytics automation to improve client decision-making. Proven experience developing and deploying AI solutions in analytics, automation, or business intelligence.
