Job Summary:

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will manage and optimize programmatic advertising for our clients as well as actively review performance data, track against our clients’ campaign goals, and make recommendations to improve the performance and deliver the best ROI. We are looking for an analytical-minded person who loves using data to uncover trends.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Configuring and troubleshooting programmatic advertising campaigns, creating reports, and evaluating campaign performance through data analysis every day.
  • Evaluate and analyze client data to optimize campaigns and drive a continual increase in client ROI.
  • Report on client campaigns and synthesize complex information into easy to understand insights.
  • Use problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot issues.
  • Collaborate with the Media & Client Services teams to craft and deploy strategies outside of programmatic.
  • Maintain the integrity of tracking and analytics across a variety of media platforms to effectively track ROI.
  • Assist with other projects as needed.
  • A/B testing of ads from hypothesis generation through data gathering and conclusions.
  • Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as necessitated by business needs.

 

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong analytical skills; able to evaluate data, identify trends, and effectively summarize information.
  • Experience in digital advertising and familiarity with the pay-per-click advertising model.
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel.
  • Experience with Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, self-starter, able to independently execute with minimal supervision in a fast-paced agency environment with rapidly changing priorities.
  • Critical thinker that likes to solve problems and create new solutions.
  • Strong organizational/time management skills, attention to detail, ability to effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks.

 

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Three or more years of data and analytics experience required.

 

Compensation:

  • $63,000 - $83,000 base salary, based on experience
